Food products are perishable and are generally not eligible for return once delivered. If an item is damaged, incorrect, missing, or appears unsafe at delivery, please contact BBK Foods on WhatsApp within 24 hours with order details and photos.

Eligible cases may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at BBK Foods’ discretion after verification. Refund timelines may depend on the payment method or payment provider.

Bulk, custom, and gifting orders may have separate terms shared before confirmation.
